image : Twitter ઉત્તરપ્રદેશના મેરઠમાં નિર્માણાધીન અને બહુચર્ચિત રેપિડ રેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ સંબંધિત એક આંચકાજનક અહેવાલ આવ્યા છે. માહિતી અનુસાર અહીં એક નિર્માણાધીન સ્લેબ તૂટી પડતાં આઠ મજૂરો દટાઈ ગયા હતા. જેમાં ત્રણની હાલત ગંભીર જણાવવામાં આવી છે. આ લોકોને રેસ્ક્યૂ કરી નજીકની હોસ્પિટલમાં ખસેડાયા હતા.  ક્યાં અને કેટલા વાગ્યે સર્જાઈ દુર્ઘટના?  બ્રહ્મપુરી ક્ષેત્રમાં શોપ્રિક્સ મોલની નજીકમાં નિર્માણાધીન રેપિડ રેલનો સ્લેબ પડતાં આ દુર્ઘટના સર્જાઈ હતી. કુલ આઠ મજૂરોની હાલત દયનીય થઈ ગઈ હતી જેમાં ૩ની હાલત ગંભીર જણાવાઈ છે. આ ઘટના રાતે ૩ વાગ્યાની આજુબાજુ સર્જાઈ હતી.   કેવી રીતે દુર્ઘટના થઈ?  રાતના સમયે શતાબ્દીનગર સ્ટેશન માટે સ્લેબ બનાવવાનું કામ ચાલી રહ્યું હતું. બે પિલ્લર વચ્ચે સ્લેબને કાસ્ટ કરતાં પહેલાં મજૂરો લોખંડના માળખાને બાંધી રહ્યા હતા. ક્રેન દ્વારા સળીયા માળખા પર પહોંચાડાઈ રહ્યા હતા, ત્યારે જ ઉપરના ભાગમાં તકલીફ સર્જાઈ અને આખો સ્લેબ પડ્યો હતો. રાત્રિના સન્નાટામાં ઓચિંતો સ્લેબ પડતાં બોમ્બ ધડાકા જેવો અવાજ સંભળાયો હતો જેના લીધે હાહાકાર મચી ગયો હતો.
