નિર્મલા સીતારામન માટે વધુ એક માઠા સમાચાર નવી દિલ્હી,તા.30 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2019, સોમવાર નિર્મલા સીતારામન માટે એક સાંધે ત્યા તેર તૂટે એવી હાલત છે.  માંદલા અર્થતંત્રને બચાવવા નિર્મલા રાહતોની લહાણી કરી રહ્યાં છે ત્યાં બીજી તરફ માઠા સમાચારો આવતા જ જાય છે. સોમવારે એ માઠા સમાચાર આવ્યા કે, દેશના અર્થતંત્ર માટે મહત્વનાં કહેવાય તેવાં આઠ મોટાં ક્ષેત્રોમાં ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં ઉત્પાદન ઘટયું છે.  કોલસો, ક્રૂડ ઓઈલ, નેચરલ ગેસ, સીમેન્ટ, રીફાઈનરી પ્રોડક્ટ્સ, ફટલાઈઝર, સ્ટીલ અને વીજળી એ આઠ મોટાં ક્ષેત્રોમાં નકારાત્મક વિકાસ દર નોંધાયો છે. ગયા વર્ષે આ આઠ ક્ષેત્રોમાં ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં ૪.૭ ટકા વિકાસ દર નોંધાયો હતો. આ નકારાત્મક વિકાસ દરનું કારણ ઉત્પાદ ક્ષેત્રની મંદી છે. દેશમાં ઉત્પાદન ઘટતું જાય છે કેમ કે માલની ખપત નથી અને અમેરિકામાં થતી નિકાસ અટકી ગઈ છે. તેના કારણે મહત્વનાં આઠ ક્ષેત્રોનાં ઉત્પાદનોનો વપરાશ ઘટયો છે. આથક નિષ્ણાતો આ વાતને ગંભીર ગણાવે છે. આ જ ટ્રેન્ડ ચાલુ રહ્યો તો જંગી પ્રમાણમાં રોજગારી આપતાં આ ક્ષેત્રોમાં પણ છટણી શરૂ થશે. તેના પરિણામે બેરોજગારી વધશે ને બેરોજગારી વધશે તેથી અર્થતંત્રની હાલત વધારે ખરાબ થશે.

- સામાન્ય રીતે દીવાળી પહેલાના દિવસોમાં ડુંગળીના ભાવ વધવાનો ટ્રેન્ડ રહેતો હોય છે અને એમાંયે આ વર્ષે ધારણા બહાર વરસેલા વરસાદના કારણે ડુંગળીના પાકને માઠી અસર થઇ છે જેના પરિણામે ભાવ અસહ્ય વધ્યા છે હમણા સુધી સામાન્ય લોકો પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝલના ભાવવધારાથી પરેશાન રહેતા હતાં પરંતુ છેલ્લા થોડા દિવસથી ગરીબોની કસ્તુરી ગણાતી ડુંગળીએ લોકોને રડાવવાનું શરૂ કર્યું છે. મોટા ભાગના ભારતીયોની થાળીમાં બટાકા, ડુંગળી અને ટામેટામાંથી કોઇ એક તો હાજર હોય જ છે. કઠણાઇ એ વાતે છે કે દર વર્ષે આમાંના કોઇ એક શાકના ભાવ વધી જાય છે. આ વર્ષે ડુંગળીના ભાવ આસમાને પહોંચી રહ્યાં છે. કેટલાંક રાજ્યોમાં તો ડુંગળીના ભાવ ૮૦થી ૯૦ રૂપિયે કિલોએ પહોંચી ગયા છે. ડુંગળીના વધી રહેલા ભાવોને અંકુશમાં લેવા સરકારે ડુંગળીની નિકાસ પર તાત્કાલિક અસરથી રોક લગાવી દીધી છે. ડુંગળીના ભાવ નીચા લાવવા સરકારે અફઘાનિસ્તાન અને ઇજિપ્તમાંથી ડુંગળીની આયાત કરવાનો નિર્ણય પણ લીધો છે. સામાન્ય રીતે પંદરથી વીસ રૂપિયાની આસપાસ વેચાતી ડુંગળી ૯૦ રૂપિયે પહોંચે ત્યારે મોંઘવારીમાં વધારો થવો સ્વાભાવિક છે. દેશના મોટા ભાગના રાજ્યોમાં પરિસ્થિતિ સરખી છે. આ પરિસ્થિતિ ચિંતા એટલા માટે

અમદાવાદ, પાલનપુર, તા. 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર, 2019, સોમવાર ગુજરાતમાં આજે જાણે કાળદેવતા પોતાનું ખપ્પર ભરવા માગતા હોય તેમ માર્ગ અકસ્માતોનો દિવસ બની રહ્યો હતો. અંબાજી, ડીસા, કચ્છ, મહેમદાવાદ નજીક એક્સપ્રેસ-હાઇવે પર સર્જાયેલા અકસ્માતોમાં 34 લોકોની જિંદગી હોમાઇ ગઇ છે. આ બનાવોમાં 58થી વધુ લોકો ઇજા પામ્યા છેય સૌથી મોટો ગમખ્વાર અકસ્માત બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લામાં યાત્રાધામ અંબાજી જવાના માર્ગ પર સર્જાયો હતો. જેમાં 21 લોકોએ જાન ગૂમાવ્યા હતા. આ જ જિલ્લામાં ડીસા નજીક થયેલા અન્ય અકસ્માતમાં પાંચના મોત થયા હતાં. તેજ રફતાર માટે જાણીતા અમદાવાદ- વડોદરા એક્સપ્રેસ વે પર મહેમદાવાદ નજીક અકસ્માતમાં પણ પાંચનાં કરૂણ મોત થયાં હતાં તો કચ્છમાં ભચાઉ, સામખિયાળી રાજમાર્ગ પર સર્જાયેલા અકસ્માતમાં ત્રણ યુવાનોએ જાન ગૂમાવ્યા હતા. અંબાજીના ગમખ્વાર અકસ્માત અંગે મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણીએ દિલસોજી વ્યક્ત કરીને જિલ્લા વહીવટી તંત્રને સૂચના આપી છે કે આનુસાંગિક કાર્યવાહી તાત્કાલિક કરવામાં આવે. અને ઈજાગ્રસ્તોને તમામ પ્રકારની તબીબી સહાય- સારવાર ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવે. યાત્રાધામ અંબાજી નજીક ત્રિશૂળિયા ઘાટ પર પસાર થઈ રહેલ એક ખાનગી લક્ઝરી બસ રોડસાઇડન
